Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,500 – $1,610
• Location: Murfreesboro, TN 37129 (Murfreesboro / Nashville area)
• Setting: Hospital Outpatient Orthopedics (outpatient orthopedic physical therapy)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel PT / Travel Physical Therapist

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state license required; Tennessee license required if practicing in TN)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings (outpatient orthopedic PT experience required)
• Outpatient experience strongly preferred; hospital outpatient experience a plus
• New graduates are not eligible — experienced outpatient PTs only
• First-time travel therapists are welcome to apply
• Ability to manage a productivity expectation of ~60 visits per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within a hospital outpatient orthopedic clinic, providing evidence-based PT care
• See approximately 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits as needed
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet clinic productivity and quality standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on functional recovery and orthopedics
