- Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
- Charting System: EPIC
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT R certification required
- Washington State radiology license required
- ARRT VI and ACLS strongly preferred
- Experience with contrast administration, angiograms, venous access, and sterile technique
- Comfort working on call and supporting weekend coverage as needed
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians, radiologists, and procedural care teams
Responsibilities
- Prepare the interventional radiology suite and maintain a safe, sterile procedural environment
- Assist with a wide range of advanced vascular and non-vascular image-guided procedures
- Support cerebral angiography, stroke intervention, venography, embolization, and ablation procedures
- Assist with venous access procedures, including ports, dialysis access, and central lines
- Support biopsy, drain placement, gastrostomy, and thrombectomy procedures as needed
- Work collaboratively with interventional radiologists and specialty surgical providers
- Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring excellent patient care and comfort
- Document accurately in the electronic health record and follow established procedural workflows
