Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
• Current state license must be in hand at time of submission
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with adult outpatient radiation therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety practices and oncology care standards
• Ability to work a consistent day-shift schedule in a hospital environment
• Comfortable supporting a busy patient volume and maintaining accuracy under pressure
• Skills in CT simulation, IMRT, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, ARIA, and treatment planning support are highly valued

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments accurately and safely according to established protocols
• Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures with professionalism and compassion
• Perform treatment setup, simulation support, and imaging as needed
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic
• Follow radiation safety standards, department procedures, and patient care protocols at all times
• Support a positive patient experience through excellent communication and attention to detail
