• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (3 shifts per week)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,570

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license required
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as an RRT in a hospital/acute care or critical care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with mechanical ventilation, ventilator management, and pulmonary function testing
• Strong patient education, communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to hospital protocols quickly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intensive respiratory care, including ventilator setup, adjustments, and monitoring
• Perform patient transport and respiratory support per medical orders
• Evaluate patients and recommend individualized respiratory treatment plans
• Administer physician?ordered therapies using ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and aerosol devices
• Conduct chest physiotherapy, suctioning, oximetry, and capnography monitoring
• Assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy support, tracheostomy care, and chest tube management
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and monitor/report results accurately
• Review chest x?rays, perform pulmonary function studies, and document findings in the medical record
• Ensure proper respiratory equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and infection control
• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with hospital policy
