Job Details – Travel Surgical Tech / Operating Room (OR) Job

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 – $1,820
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
• Setting: Hospital Operating Room (Main floor, 4 OR rooms)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: One call night per week; every 5-6 weekends
• Scrub Color: Grey scrubs supplied and laundered by hospital

Qualifications – Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech)

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a hospital operating room setting (travel surgical tech and permanent OR experience welcome)
• Active New Hampshire state license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• CST/ORT certification required
• Experience with a variety of surgical procedures including robotic-assisted, orthopedic (ortho), gynecology (GYN), general surgery, ENT, podiatry, and spine
• CNOR certification preferred
• Ability to float to Endoscopy when needed (Endoscopy/perioperative experience a plus)

Responsibilities – Operating Room / Perioperative Duties

• Assist in surgical procedures across specialties: robotic, orthopedic, GYN, general, ENT, podiatry, and spine
• Scrub and circulate as needed for all procedures; provide perioperative technical support
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper surgical instrumentation and setup
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team (5 RNs, 6 STs including 4 First Assists)
• Document procedures and chart in Meditech EMR
• Demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude, and professionalism in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled weekend coverage
• Float to the Endoscopy unit when required
