- Float Expectations: May be expected to float between ICU and IMCU

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar critical care setting
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Current ACLS certification through AHA
- EPIC experience required
- CT surgery experience required
- Experience with advanced cardiac support devices such as IABP and Impella
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity ICU nursing environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to clinical needs
- Support complex cardiac and thoracic surgery cases
- Manage and assist with advanced cardiac support devices
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Document accurately in EPIC and maintain strong clinical communication
- Adapt to floating between ICU and IMCU as needed
- Contribute to a team-focused environment with a commitment to patient-centered care
