- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Schedule: 12x3, weekdays with every other weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,010-$2,120
- Setting: Intensive Care Unit
- Floating: Yes, to ED holds, Stepdown, and Med Surg with a modified assignment
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of ICU experience preferred, with strong independent clinical judgment
- Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at the time of submission
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong resume demonstrating ICU experience and the ability to work in a variety of acute care settings
- RN skills checklist matching the specialty
- Valid driver's license with an address matching demographics
- Cerner experience preferred
- Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN
- Unable to accept first-time travelers
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with complex and rapidly changing needs
- Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to patient status changes in a high-acuity critical care environment
- Support safe and effective care using advanced equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, artic sun/TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver efficient, patient-centered treatment
- Adapt to floating assignments as needed while maintaining excellent clinical standards
- Contribute to a strong, flexible, and dependable ICU team culture
