Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2020-$2130
- Location: Trenton, New Jersey
- Setting: Critical Care Float Pool
- Start Date: 7/21/2026
- Duration: 8-week contract
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Float Requirement: Will float between regional campuses and additional campus coverage as needed

- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of current ICU and MST experience required
- Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- NIH certification required
- Flu vaccination required; no declination accepted
- Ability to work effectively in a float pool environment across multiple acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking, bedside nursing, and patient assessment skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and related critical care settings
- Float between assigned campuses based on patient care needs
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe and effective patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate care as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with unit protocols, documentation standards, and patient safety practices
