• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 (competitive travel nurse pay)
• Role: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) / Critical Care RN / Travel Nurse

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required (travel nurse experience)
• Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Strong cardiac ICU background: experience with cath lab interventions, STEMIs, and post-code care
• Experience caring for medical and surgical ICU patients
• Strict 75-mile radius restriction applies

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care for ICU patients, including post-cath lab, STEMI, and post-code patients
• Manage medical and surgical ICU caseloads as needed
• Care for patients after interventional radiology procedures and other invasive interventions
• Use MEDITECH for accurate charting and timely documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other nursing staff) to optimize patient outcomes
• Follow unit policies and protocols, including the cancellation policy (12 hours every 2 weeks)
