• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) — 12-hour night shifts for ICU RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1800 – $1840

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (Ohio)
• ICU experience as an ICU RN or critical care nurse preferred
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements, including:
  • License/Certificate verification
  • MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, and Fit Test documentation
  • Physical/Health Statement
  • 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  • Driver’s License or State ID
  • Skills checklist and competency exam
  • Education and employment verification
  • Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills needed for critical care nursing and ICU teamwork

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU as an ICU RN / critical care nurse
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress using hospital systems and critical care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized ICU care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate critical care equipment
• Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital policies
