- Shift: 12 Hour Days (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)

- Openings: 3 Travel RN positions
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1800 - $1890 (travel nurse pay)
- Weekend Availability: Required
Job Requirements (ICU / Critical Care RN)
- Current and valid California RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification — required
- Minimum 1 year of staff RN experience in an acute care hospital with critical care/ICU experience
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred
- Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and hemodynamic monitoring preferred
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- COVID vaccination and boosters preferred
- Must be available to work weekends — travel nursing scheduling flexibility required
Core Responsibilities (ICU Nurse / Travel RN)
- Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Provide direct ICU patient care within scope of practice for Medical/Surgical ICU patients
- Perform and document hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, medication titration, and complex assessments
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team regarding changes in patient clinical condition and diagnostic results
- Provide patient and family education, and guide activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care
- Respond quickly and accurately to acute changes in patient status and emergencies
- Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and documentation standards at all times
