As an Infor ERP Analyst, you'll support and optimize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems—specifically Infor CloudSuite (V11/V10)—for a major healthcare provider. Ideal candidates have hands-on Infor experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on healthcare IT and ERP support.

Required Qualifications — Infor ERP Analyst / ERP Support
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an ERP Analyst, Infor ERP Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise systems
- Technical and functional experience with Infor CloudSuite (Infor V11/V10)
- Daily support experience with IPA, ION, security role changes, customizations, LPL, and implementations across FSM, GHR, and SCM
- Proven skills in troubleshooting, ticket resolution, interface development, testing, deployment, and overall system support
- Familiarity with Infor Lawson, Oracle, or Workday is a plus
Key Responsibilities — ERP Support & Implementation
- Provide technical and functional support for Infor CloudSuite ERP systems in a healthcare environment
- Execute daily support tasks including IPA, ION processing, security role updates, customizations, and LPL activities
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage and resolve support tickets, and communicate incident status to stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces; conduct testing and support deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, finance, supply chain) to ensure optimal ERP performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ERP implementation activities across FSM, GHR, and SCM modules
Preferred Skills & Keywords
- Healthcare IT experience, enterprise resource planning, ERP analyst, Infor CloudSuite support
- Experience with Infor ION middleware, IPA scripting, LPL, and Infor security administration
- Knowledge of interface development, API integration, testing frameworks, and deployment processes
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
