Job Requirements
- Board certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Active state medical license or IMLC eligibility
- DEA certification required
- ACLS and BLS required
- At least 1 year of relevant physician experience preferred
- Ability to provide inpatient procedural and call coverage
- Willingness to participate in continuity-focused scheduling
- Current CV required for consideration
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage during scheduled clinical hours
- Manage consults, procedures, and follow-up care for cardiovascular patients
- Respond to overnight pager call within the required call radius
- Collaborate with the care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and communication across shifts
- Deliver consistent coverage across assigned dates to support continuity of care
- Work scheduled blocks throughout the assignment, including the listed open dates as needed
