Compensation

• Pay Rate: $48.00 - $58.00 per hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $970 - $1050 per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Wyoming CNA license (permanent Wyoming CNA required)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CNA; 2+ years preferred, Med/Surg or geriatric care experience highly valued
• Ability to work all shifts and weekends as required by facility staffing needs
• Willingness to float between neighborhoods/units based on patient care needs
• Adherence to facility dress code (ceil blue scrubs, tattoos covered, no facial piercings)
• Comfortable working in a long term care / skilled nursing environment with diverse diagnoses

Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assistance, personal care, and mobility support to residents (ages mid-30s to mid-90s)
• Support residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s, diabetes, stroke recovery, coronary and vascular disease, neuromuscular conditions, and rehabilitation needs
• Perform vital signs, glucose checks, documentation in EMR (Meditech), and routine resident observations
• Use assistive equipment including lifts, bladder scanners, wound vacs, IV pumps, and other clinical devices safely
• Collaborate with licensed nurses, therapists, and support staff in a team-focused SNF environment (approx. nurse-to-patient ratio: 10–12 residents)
• Participate in a 2-day orientation and complete ongoing training as required by facility and travel agency
