- Location: Penn Yan, NY 14527 (Finger Lakes, New York) — New York CNA jobs / Travel CNA
- Assignment Duration: 14 weeks (May 19, 2026 – August 22, 2026)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Shift: Full-time evenings & weekends (every weekend required; strives for two consecutive days off each week) — evening shift CNA
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts

Job Requirements
- Valid NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) – active and in good standing (New York CNA)
- BLS Certification (AHA or RQI)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility, or CNA role (geriatric care preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of licensed nursing personnel in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (travel healthcare role)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, and incontinence/catheter care
- Support residents' nutritional needs including meal delivery, tray setup, adaptive equipment, and feeding assistance
- Assist with rehabilitative needs: range of motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, proper body alignment, and safe use of assistive devices
- Maintain a safe, comfortable environment; promptly respond to call lights and alarms and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Document care and observations per facility protocol and report changes in resident status to supervising nurse; support accurate resident records and communication within the healthcare team
- Respect resident rights, report refusals or concerns, and promote resident dignity, independence, and person-centered geriatric care
