- Shift: Day/Evening rotations (7.5-hour shifts; 5 days/week; every other weekend and holidays required)
- Weekly Hours: 37.5–40 hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $900–$970
- Orientation: Full-day orientation required (Tuesday or Thursday start)

Qualifications / Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active New York State (NYS) Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
- BLS certification (AHA or RQI) required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed CNA in a long-term care or nursing home setting
- Ability to work day and evening rotations, every other weekend, and scheduled holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary LTC team
Responsibilities (LTC CNA Duties)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and skin care according to individual care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and promptly respond to call lights using appropriate safety equipment
- Support residents at meal times: tray delivery, feeding assistance, and honoring dietary preferences
- Assist with mobility and rehabilitation needs including range of motion exercises, walking, transfers, and proper positioning
- Accurately take and document vital signs, weights, intake and output
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- Provide social and emotional support through positive interaction, companionship, and respectful care
- Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold resident rights at all times
- Promptly report resident concerns, changes in condition, or refusals to the nurse in charge
- Complete required documentation and charting in a timely and accurate manner
