- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,090 – $1,150
Job Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (ability to obtain New Mexico license if required)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long term care, skilled nursing facility, or similar healthcare setting
- Experience working night shifts and ability to work scheduled nights
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and teamwork skills
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (medication administration)
- Monitor and document resident conditions and changes; promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to ensure quality care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
