• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) — LPN night shift
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Open schedule
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,270 per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or eligible under the Nurse Licensure Compact)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar LTC setting
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills for clinical and resident-centered care
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible travel LPN schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments safely and as prescribed (medication administration)
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, vital signs, and changes in condition; report to RN and interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other clinical staff to deliver comprehensive LTC care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a safe, comfortable environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic or paper medical records per facility policy
