• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Location: Geneva, NY 14456 (On-site) — Finger Lakes, Upstate New York
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel LPN / Travel Nursing)
• Start Date: March 10, 2026
• End Date: June 13, 2026
• Contract Duration: 14 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40 (Full Time)
• Shift: Days and Evenings as scheduled (5x8-hour shifts per week), including every other weekend and holidays as needed
• Orientation: Must be able to begin full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,370 - $1,440 (competitive travel LPN pay)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license (required)
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric setting
• Proven ability to provide age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric residents
• Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Ability to begin orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to assigned residents under RN supervision
• Collect and accurately document data on residents’ physical and psychosocial condition; communicate findings to the RN and interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to development and revision of individualized care plans with an emphasis on geriatric nursing and resident-centered interventions
• Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and LPN scope of practice
• Promote a safe, healthy environment and support resident satisfaction and quality of care
• Participate in ongoing education, in-service training, and staff mentoring to maintain clinical competency
• Demonstrate leadership within the LPN role while working collaboratively with RNs and the care team
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in long-term care nursing
