Travel LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) Evening Shift in Keene, NH. 8-week contract beginning Mar 15, 2026; active NH LPN and BLS required.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar LTC setting
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
- Experience with medication administration, wound care, and geriatric resident care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
- Ability to work evening shifts and a flexible schedule as assigned
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per provider orders
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status; report changes to the RN or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support care plans and quality outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility policy and regulatory standards
