• Position: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

• Start Date: February 11, 2026
• End Date: April 8, 2026
• Duration: 8-week contract (travel nursing contract)
• Shift: Nights, 18:45 – 07:15 (12-hour night shift)
• Hours: 36 hours/week (guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $930 - $980
• Completion Bonus: $1,000 completion bonus for 8 week contract. No more than 2 call outs, and no NCNS or the bonus will be voided.

• Work Setting: On-site in long term care / LTC (geriatric care, skilled nursing)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state requirements apply)
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing
• Ability to consistently work 12-hour night shifts
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Experience with medication administration, documentation, and basic nursing assessments

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care to long term care residents (LTC nurse responsibilities)
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health status and report changes to supervising RN or provider
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support mobility needs
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation and medication records
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies
