Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel contract in Parkersburg, WV. Active WV LPN required; 1+ year long-term care experience; 12-hour night shift (travel nursing opportunity).

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting
- Experience working night shift and availability for every other weekend
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
- Demonstrated ability to administer medications and document care accurately
- Commitment to compassionate care and maintaining resident safety
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document administration per policy
- Monitor, assess, and document resident condition, vital signs, and response to care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social services) to support resident outcomes
- Assist and support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents and staff
