• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (06:00 – 18:30)
• Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1080 – $1140

• Candidate Type: Local LPN candidates preferred (New Mexico or compact state license)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico or valid compact-state LPN license
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Proven clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and resident assessments
• Ability to commit to 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours/week for the contract duration
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care approach
• Reliable documentation skills and ability to follow facility and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor resident responses
• Perform routine assessments, monitor changes in condition, and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life at all times
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
