• Assignment Type: Travel (Travel LPN)
• Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) – long-term care nurse role
• Start Date: May 1, 2026
• End Date: July 3, 2026
• Duration: 9 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $920 – $970

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license — must meet state requirements for Maine
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care or a similar LTC/skilled nursing environment
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (travel LPN schedule)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
• Experience with medication administration, documentation/charting, and resident assessments preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and follow med-pass policies
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions; report changes to RNs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to implement individualized care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote a respectful, person-centered environment
• Maintain infection control standards and follow facility policies for safety and compliance
