• Hours per Week: 40
• Guaranteed Hours: 35

Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,470 - $1,580/week

Job Requirements – Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey (NJ)
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or rehabilitation setting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience with geriatric therapy, ADL training, adaptive equipment, and functional mobility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities – Travel Occupational Therapist

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for long-term care residents
• Promote functional independence, fall prevention, and improved quality of life for patients
• Provide ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, physical therapists, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required evaluations
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, home safety, and adaptive equipment
