Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license required
- At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience required
- Current nursing certification/licensure appropriate for the role
- Travel nurses must live at least 65 miles from the facility
- MDS experience preferred
- Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Monitor resident status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, compassionate outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and resident progress accurately
