Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
  • Active California RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support effective resident outcomes
  • Promote resident-centered care that reflects age, cultural diversity, and individual needs
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold standards of professional nursing practice
