Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
- Active California RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support effective resident outcomes
- Promote resident-centered care that reflects age, cultural diversity, and individual needs
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold standards of professional nursing practice
