- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour night shifts
- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700 - $2,840

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
- Active California RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
- Experience in long-term care, nursing home, or skilled nursing settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Document direct and indirect nursing care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support effective resident care delivery
- Promote positive resident outcomes through quality care practices and compassionate nursing care
- Support the mission and vision of the care team through professional RN practice
- Incorporate resident age, culture, and individual needs into care planning
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and quality of care expectations
