Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA RN)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Strong communication, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate resident-centered care in a long-term care setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document medication administration
- Monitor resident health, record observations, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans and health needs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and resident safety protocols
