- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant mammography or radiology experience
Job Requirements
- Current ARRT(R) certification
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of mammography, breast imaging, or related radiology experience
- Experience with 3D mammography, digital mammography, diagnostic mammograms, and screening mammograms
- Epic experience preferred
- Experience with PACS preferred
- Biopsy and needle localization experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Perform screening mammograms and diagnostic mammography exams with precision and care
- Support outpatient breast imaging services for adult and geriatric patients
- Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly and professionally
- Deliver high-quality imaging while following safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Assist with biopsy procedures and needle localization when applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation and efficient workflow in the imaging system
- Collaborate with radiologists and imaging team members to support excellent patient care
- Contribute to a positive, compassionate, patient-centered experience throughout each shift
