- Shift Pattern: Day/night rotation or straight nights accepted

- Schedule Notes: Every other holiday and every other weekend may be required
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing or acute care nursing experience required
- Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced boarding or emergency department support setting
- Current clinical competency in medical-surgical nursing practices
- Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements prior to start
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring Med/Surg level support
- Assist with ongoing emergency department boarding needs
- Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to support safe patient flow
- Deliver compassionate care while maintaining efficiency in a busy clinical environment
- Follow established protocols, safety standards, and unit procedures
