- Additional Notes: Floating required; Cerner EMR; no call
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care or inpatient setting
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS required within 6 months of the start date
- Comfortable working night shift travel nurse assignments and floating as needed
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, efficient patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Cerner EMR
- Adapt to floating assignments while delivering excellent patient care
- Support a patient ratio of approximately 6:1
