Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with reliable attendance
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and prioritization skills
- Experience in an acute care or inpatient setting preferred
- Comfort with documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered medical-surgical nursing care
- Assess patient conditions and monitor for changes in status
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, care provided, and patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Adapt quickly to changing patient needs while maintaining high-quality care
