We are seeking a Clinical Manager, Clinical Services, to provide regional clinical oversight across multiple dialysis clinics in King County. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and improving patient outcomes through expertise and influence.

What You’ll Do

• Provide regional oversight for multiple dialysis clinics

• Drive clinical quality metrics and measurable outcome improvement

• Reduce hospitalizations and improve pre- and post-treatment outcomes

• Ensure audits and clinical reviews are completed, analyzed, and actioned

• Serve as the primary clinical escalation point

• Partner closely with physicians and operational leaders to solve complex clinical challenges

• Implement and sustain clinical education initiatives and best practices

• Promote a culture of proactive, continuous clinical improvement

This is a pure clinical leadership role with no formal people management responsibilities.

You will:

• Influence through coaching, credibility, and collaboration

• Drive accountability through relationships and clinical expertise

• Be recognized for outcomes—not headcount

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license

• Dialysis / nephrology experience strongly preferred

• Proven experience owning and driving clinical outcomes

• Passion for serving the dialysis / CKD patient population

• CNN, CDN, or BONENT certification (within one year of hire)

• Ability to travel regionally
