Manager of Clinical Services (RN) – Hudson County, NJ
A leadership role for experienced RNs who want influence, flexibility, and meaningful impact — without bedside burnout.
We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to support clinical education, quality outcomes, and best practices across outpatient clinics in Hudson County, NJ region. This role is ideal for an RN leader who enjoys teaching adult learners, improving systems of care, and partnering with clinic leadership to drive strong, consistent patient outcomes.
What Your Workweek Looks Like
- Weekday schedule with a mix of planned regional travel and remote work
- No routine bedside patient assignment
- Ongoing partnerships with the same clinics to build trust and continuity
- High visibility and collaboration with operational and clinical leaders
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement clinical policies and education programs
- Assess clinic needs and tailor education plans — not one-size-fits-all training
- Monitor quality metrics and support facilities in meeting clinical goals
- Share best practices and support quality management initiatives
- Educate and mentor adult learners using clear, practical communication
Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of practice (required)
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of nephrology experience preferred
- Experience with clinical policy development and quality initiatives preferred
- Strong adult education and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical and clinical information into practical guidance
- CNN or CDN certification (or willingness to obtain within one year — support provided)
