Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,685 - $3,950
- Shift: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited health professions school with active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active licensure in the state of Rhode Island
- Active DEA licensure and state-specific controlled substance registration, as applicable
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to travel as needed with proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare field
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care both in-person at patients homes
- Provide compassionate, individualized, and holistic patient care, including comprehensive primary care, urgent care, and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for transitions of care support and complex care management
- Engage in professional development opportunities and collaborate with experts in geriatric medicine and palliative care
- Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as needed
