- Call Requirement: 2 weekend call shifts per contract

Job Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technician, Surgical Technologist, or equivalent OR Tech credential required
- At least 1 year of recent operating room experience required
- Strong surgical scrub skills and experience supporting a broad case mix
- Da Vinci XI robotic surgery experience required
- Experience with posterior eye cases and eye trauma preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume surgical services environment
- Flexibility to float within the OR based on staffing and case needs
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for a variety of procedures
- Provide skilled surgical scrub support during general, colorectal, GYN, urology, breast, plastics, and robotic cases
- Assist with Da Vinci XI robotic procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique
- Support efficient operating room workflow by helping with room turnover and case readiness
- Float between OR areas as needed to support team coverage, staffing needs, and patient care
- Participate in scheduled weekend call shifts
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and team-focused surgical environment
