Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
- Experience in operating room circulating duties strongly preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in call coverage
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety focus
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
- Support surgical cases with circulating duties and perioperative coordination
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold sterile technique standards
- Respond professionally to weekday and weekend call requirements
- Deliver compassionate care while supporting efficient OR workflow
