Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment in Cleveland, Ohio

- Shifts Per Week: 3
- Shift Duration: 12-hour days
- Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Schedule: Available shifts discussed during interview; rotating weekends, holidays, and call may be required
Operating Room RN Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
- Active Ohio RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
- Ability to circulate and scrub across multiple surgical service lines
- Preferred: Level I trauma experience
- Preferred: CNOR certification
- Comfort working with Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting with assistance as needed
Operating Room RN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
- Circulate and scrub for a broad range of surgical specialties, including General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to support safe, efficient procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, sterile technique, and high-quality care throughout the surgical experience
- Adapt to a variety of cases and contribute to a positive, team-oriented OR environment
