- Call Coverage: 2 weekend call shifts plus additional weekly call coverage equivalent to one 11:00 PM - 7:45 PM shift

Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of operating room, perioperative, or surgical nursing experience
- Ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room
- DaVinci XI robotic surgery experience required
- Experience with posterior eye and eye trauma cases
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical procedure
- Scrub and circulate for a variety of cases, including general surgery, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, plastics, uro-gyn, and robotics
- Support eye procedures, including posterior eye and trauma cases, when assigned
- Assist with robotic surgery using the DaVinci XI platform
- Float between OR areas as needed based on patient flow and staffing needs
- Participate in call coverage and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team
- Maintain a patient-focused, organized, and professional presence in every case
