Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,620 - $2,760
• Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 — Upper Valley, New Hampshire
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start Date: 4/27/2026 – End Date: 7/25/2026)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)
• Shift Options: 10-hour day shifts (6:30am–5:00pm or 7:00am–5:30pm) and 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:30pm or 11:00am–11:30pm)
• On-Call Requirement: 4–5 shifts per contract (day or night; 12-hour shifts or on-call)
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient operating room environment — perioperative nursing and surgical RN responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state requirements apply)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative/scrub or circulating nurse experience preferred)
• BLS certification required; additional perioperative certifications a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills for fast-paced surgical settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients of all ages (neonate, pediatric, adult, geriatric)
• Assist and support a wide range of surgical specialties: ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neurosurgery, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic procedures
• Function as scrub nurse and/or circulating nurse as assigned; ensure sterile technique and proper instrument handling
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and high standards of perioperative care in a fast-paced OR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional surgical care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements
