• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: 5x8 day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,220 - $2,380
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Patient Volume: Approximately 48 visits per day

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience or related rehab experience
• Current Physical Therapist license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Charting system experience required; Altera experience preferred
• Manual therapy and dry needling experience preferred
• Experience treating a broad outpatient caseload across pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients with a wide range of diagnoses and functional goals
• Create individualized plans of care and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and patient education
• Support recovery and mobility goals for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and chronic conditions
• Document care accurately and efficiently in accordance with clinic standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support high-quality patient outcomes
• Promote safety, independence, and long-term functional improvement for every patient served
