- Daily Census: Around 10 patients
- Charting System: Epic experience preferred

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid PT license in hand prior to start
- Experience with outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Ability to work with a broad patient population including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Epic experience preferred
- Ability to meet submission and compliance documentation timelines
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Treat patients with a variety of surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and sports-related diagnoses
- Support recovery goals for patients with conditions such as low back pain, cervicalgia, post-op joint replacements, spinal conditions, and neurological diagnoses
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury prevention
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the clinical charting system
- Collaborate with the care team to promote positive patient outcomes and a high-quality therapy experience
- Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a busy outpatient rehabilitation environment
