• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1920 - $2060 per week
• Start Date: March 23, 2026
• End Date: June 22, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour days
  • Tuesdays to Fridays: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm OR
  • Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
• On-Call: One Saturday per month (may decrease to every other month)

Job Requirements (Qualifications)

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in swing bed, acute care, and outpatient PT settings (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (required)
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
• BLS certification (AHA) (required)
• Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred (orthopedic PT)
• Previous travel therapy or travel PT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized outpatient physical therapy treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, injury, illness, or managing chronic conditions
• Provide one-on-one patient care to achieve optimal functional outcomes and promote independence
• Deliver evidence-based care using exercise prescription, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and plan adjustments accurately and timely in the clinical record/EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation and support continuity of care as required
