Job Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of Progressive Care Unit, stepdown, or acute care nursing experience
- Previous travel nurse experience preferred and should be documented on the resume
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Updated skills checklist matching the specialty
- NURSYS report with verification of all active RN licenses
- Flexibility to float if needed
- Cerner experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care and stepdown patients
- Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and fellow nurses to support individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting recovery and comfort
