Experienced Registered Nurse needed for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) opportunity in Middle Township, NJ. - Weekly Estimated Pay: $2300-$2420

- Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM start

- Weekend Requirement: Must work 3 weekend shifts and 3 weekday shifts per 6-week schedule period

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
- Recent PCU nursing or step-down experience preferred
- Current RN license in New Jersey or compact eligibility, if applicable
- EPIC experience required
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative acute care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring progressive care and step-down level monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient condition closely and report changes promptly to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes and safe transitions of care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain compliance with unit standards, safety practices, and professional nursing guidelines
