- Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week, every other weekend

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry RN experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma setting
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current PALS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Epic charting experience required
- Ability to float to like units as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage patients requiring cardiac drips
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Deliver safe and effective care for both adult and pediatric patient populations as appropriate
- Document accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Float to similar units based on patient care needs and staffing demands
- Maintain compliance with unit protocols, safety standards, and best nursing practices
