Position Overview
As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages while helping advance the organization's mission of delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, educate, and advocate for patients while contributing to initiatives that improve community health.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals as needed
- Perform office-based medical procedures within scope of practice
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans within the electronic health record
- Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with behavioral health and other interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in community health education and outreach initiatives
- Support quality improvement efforts and evidence-based clinical practices
- Provide follow-up care and continuity of treatment for established patients
- Serve as a clinical resource for support staff and contribute to a positive patient experience

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200,000-$250,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
- Experience caring for patients across all age groups
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and community health
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting is highly preferred
