MISSION-DRIVEN · NON-PROFIT
Geriatric care, done with heart.
If you became a PT to truly know your patients, not rush through quotas...this is the role you've been waiting for. A well-loved non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills is looking for a Physical Therapist who shares their deep passion for older adults and quality of life.
- 65–75% productivity expectation: focus on care, not counting units - 85% outpatient caseload: active, engaged residents in a resort-style setting
- Salaried model: your paycheck doesn't dip when a patient cancels - No on-call. No weekends. Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week.
This campus offers a full continuum of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing), which means you follow residents through their journey rather than handing them off. No mandated group therapy. Individualized care, every session.
The in-house therapy team collaborates closely, leadership actually listens, and you'll have room to shape programming and grow your clinical skills on-site - vestibular rehab, chronic pain, pelvic health, and more. CEUs included.
BENEFITS & PERKS

- Tuition reimbursement & scholarship programs Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible (non-profit)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or BPT) Active or eligible NC PT license

- A team-first mindset and a real love for working with older adults
This is a rare opportunity to practice the way you always meant to — with time, intention, and a team that cares as much as you do. If that sounds like home, let's talk.
