- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 - $2,190
- Location: Boston, MA 02115 (Longwood Medical Area)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 9, 2026)
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5 days per week (8-hour days)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Setting: Inpatient Radiology Unit — diagnostic imaging, portable X?ray, and specialty imaging support
- Employment Type: Travel Radiology Job (On-Site)
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist / Rad Tech in a clinical or hospital setting
- Valid state Radiology Technologist license/certification required (ARRT certification preferred)
- Experience in one or more specialties: Diagnostic radiography, DEXA, CT, MRI, or Vascular imaging (CT/MRI technologist experience a plus)
- Familiarity with PACS, imaging workflows, and patient radiation safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary inpatient team
- Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality radiologic imaging procedures for inpatient care, including diagnostic X?ray and specialty exams
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment safely and effectively; perform routine QC and report issues
- Position patients and select imaging parameters to produce optimal diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure
- Support CT, MRI, DEXA, or vascular imaging as assigned; assist with portable and stat imaging when needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure excellent patient care and timely reporting
- Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and adhere to regulatory and facility protocols for infection control and safety
